Kathleen Grace


serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Vermillio, the pioneering Generative AI platform enabling creatives to track, authenticate and get compensated for the use of their work in AI models. Previously, she led New Form digital studio, founded with backing from Discovery Communications, Ron Howard, and Brian Grazer. At New Form, she developed 43 pilots with 23 series sold to networks including TBS, go90, Freeform, Quibi and Refinery29. 

Grace spearheaded the YouTube Spaces initiative, establishing studios in London, Tokyo, Los Angeles, and New York. Her creator credits include the acclaimed web series The Burg, Vuguru's The All for Notes, and Facebook Watch's 365 Days of Love with Sofia Vergara.

Throughout her career, Grace has operated at the intersection of technology and media. Beyond digital innovation, she co-founded Lucky Batch with her chef sister, channeling her passion for cookies into entrepreneurship.
